Order Cancellation by Customers
1. Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel, log in to your Mixcart account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click Cancel Order.
Once canceled, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2. After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product if it meets our return policy criteria.
Order Cancellation by Mixcart
In rare circumstances, Mixcart may cancel an order due to the following reasons:
Product unavailability.
Incomplete or invalid shipping details.
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Cancellable Products
Customized or personalized items.
Perishable goods or items explicitly marked as non-cancellable.
Refund for Cancellations
If payment has been made, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or Mixcart wallet within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Cash-on-Delivery orders will not have a refund but can be canceled without any charges before dispatch.
How to Cancel an Order?
1. Log in to your Mixcart account.
2. Navigate to the My Orders section.
3. Select the order you wish to cancel and click Cancel Order.
