Refund policy

At Mixcart, we strive to ensure our customers have a seamless shopping experience. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to make the process hassle-free.

Eligibility for Refund

1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund.


2. Wrong Product Delivered: If the product delivered does not match your order, you can request a refund.


3. Return Approved Products: Refunds are applicable only for products that are returned and approved after verification.

Conditions for Refund

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product should be returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Products used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts are not eligible for a refund.


Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods, personalized items, or items marked as non-refundable during purchase.

Products that fall outside the return and refund window.


Refund Process

1. Initiating a Request:

Log in to your Mixcart account and go to the Order History section.

Select the product and click on Request Refund or contact our customer support team.

2. Product Pickup/Return:

A return request will be arranged based on your location and the product type.

3. Verification:

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund conditions.

4. Refund Issuance:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method or your Mixcart wallet as per your preference.
